About the role

Join the dynamic team at Goldbell Leasing Pte Ltd as a Sales & Leasing Executive (Material Handling Equipment). This full-time role is based in the Benoi Sector West Region and will see you playing a key part in the company's success.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to promote Goldbell's material handling equipment (forklift, Airman products)
  • Provide consultative sales support to customers, demonstrating the benefits of Goldbell's offerings and tailoring solutions to their specific needs
  • Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contract terms to secure new leasing business
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and effective after-sales support for customers
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth within the material handling equipment leasing segment

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in a sales or leasing role, ideally within the material handling equipment industry
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to engage with customers at all levels
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment specifications and applications
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Singaporeans only
  • Class 3/3A Driving License
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
