Job Responsibilities:


• Overall Responsible for Lease Management of Self-Storage Users and Tenants


• Lead a team to managing of Lease Management Issues with Self-Storage Users and Tenants


• Ensure the team carry out checks to ensure Users' activity comply with Storage declaration.


• Well versed in compliance requirements on industrial spaces.


• Lead the team for renewal of Lease with Tenants and monitor Credit Control of Users and Tenants.


• Oversee the team working with Credit Control Team to recover rental arrears.


• Liaise with lawyers on Legal proceeding on all Legal cases.


• Lead the team to build rapport and maintain strong Provider-User relationship.


• Able to value add and maximise returns to the property.


• Oversee the Monthly Invoicing / Ad-hoc Invoicing is issued to Users.


• Reviewing and improve SOP  of the team focusing on efficiency and productivity


• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate / Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration / Marketing
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial/Commercial rental portfolio
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
  • A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
