In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging events and activities that foster a strong sense of community among our clients and partners. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to bring our brand to life through memorable and impactful experiences. What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy to support Molly Manners Singapore's marketing and business objectives
- Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, guest registration, and on-site coordination
- Create engaging event content, programming, and experiences that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked and accounted for
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels and drive high attendance
- Gather and analyse event data to measure success and inform future planning
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the event experience and explore new ideas to engage our community
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event planning, community management, or a related field
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative event concepts and experiences
