The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a government-related agency to search for a Form Builder.
  • Focus: Data reporting using Excel and building digital licence application forms using an in-house form builder tool.
  • Role will start off as a 11-months contract assignment.
  • Office location: Central

Working hours:

  • Mon - Thurs: 8:30am - 6:00pm
  • Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm

The Talent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel - able to consolidate and analyze data effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable learning and using new digital tools (training will be provided)
  • Exposure to form-building, API integration, or digital configuration is a plus but not required
  • Open to candidates from administrative, operations, or tech-support backgrounds

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze data using Excel for reports on licence and application submissions
  • Be trained to use the in-house Form Builder tool to create digital licence forms
  • Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and plan form-building approaches
  • Configure and test form features, including logic flows and API integrations where applicable
