Sales & Marketing Executive

Dhoby Ghaut | Monday – Friday, Office Hours

6-Month Contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Up to $5,000 monthly (Basic + Commission)

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our membership growth, co-working space sales, and event sponsorships. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies, enhance member experience, and maximise the potential of our clubhouse space.

You will be the key contact for members and partners, building lasting relationships while creating high-value events and marketing campaigns that strengthen community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement membership growth strategies (new recruitment & reactivation of expired members)
  • Review, design, and enhance membership packages
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events, before and after launch
  • Promote clubhouse facilities and co-working spaces
  • Manage community engagement via social media and newsletters
  • Conceptualise and deliver engaging events for members
  • Drive sponsorship opportunities for signature events

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' proven sales track record
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with alumni or corporate networks is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid background in marketing communications, including social media campaigns
  • Proficiency in data analytics for marketing insights
