Roles & Responsibilities

Our Client, MNC, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as a** **Operations Executive.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible in PO and SO issuance and managing of orders and projections planning
- Liaise with Customer and Vendors on delivery requirements, packaging requirements, payment terms, quality issues etc
- Liaise with Suppliers and Forwarder/s ensuring shipments are on schedule and deliveries arrive on time
- Consistency in Shipments follow up and timely update to customers
- Prompt update of Pricing, Delivery information in system
- Coordinate and review of shipping documentations with Vendors and appointed forwarding agents
- Customer and Vendors Maintenance task including new creation
- Prepare & Despatch Customer's statement of Account
- Familiar in Trade Letter of Credits - both Import and Export
- Freight Costs enquiries, comparison and Billing consolidations
- Weekly and Monthly reporting and assist in preparation of Management Reports

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree Holder preferred with 5 years of working experience in Trading environment
- Material Planning exposure will be an added advantage.
Good Organizational skills with Strong sense of Self discipline is a must
- Meticulous with strong execution and operational skills with good eye for detail
- Possess analytical and problem -solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- In Depth knowledge and experience in Supply Chain related activities preferred
- An independent, motivated team player, self driven and strong multi-tasking skills will be preferred
- Must have demonstrated experience in customer service, responsive with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraint
**OTHER INFORMATION**:

- Working Location: Central
- Good progression and bonus.
- 5 days workweek
- Basic up to S$5K (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
