Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Online Community Builder to help build an online community base for our various projects and portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role will be a critical factor for the smooth execution of all community building and engagement initiatives and the attainment of its goals. The talent will gain exposure to many aspects of the business and learn the ins and outs of running community building campaigns.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Assist in the planning of marketing strategies and budgeting for current and upcoming projects to improve sales, traffic and engagement to social media channels and online platforms
- Develop the vision and strategy for the online community and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Implement and manage the strategy using useful content and compelling social media and other channels to enhance collaborative learning and a sense of community.
- Support the publicity of projects, across available channels (eg. eDMs, digital displays, social media, discord) to create awareness and encourage participation.
Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Define and maintain metrics to measure the impact of online community-building activities and the social media plan
- Develop relevant communication collaterals tailored to the company’s target market.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
Basic knowledge of NFTs and blockchain technology.
- Strong knowledge of Community Engagement and Public Relation.
- Willing to travel within Singapore when necessary for marketing related-activities.
- Resilience and flexible working attitude.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
