Job Title: Community Builder

Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our social enterprise as Community Builders. As a Community Builder, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong and engaged community around our brand and products. You will be responsible for building meaningful connections, creating valuable content, and driving positive engagement across various online and offline platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement community-building strategies to grow and nurture a vibrant community around our brand and services for our clients in the social service sector.
- Engage with customers, influencers, and advocates to foster positive relationships and encourage brand loyalty and engage them to develop healthy habits and lead healthier lifestyles
- Create and curate compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and newsletters, to drive engagement and educate the community.
- Monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to gather insights and align community initiatives with overall business goals.
- Organize and promote virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, and meet-ups, to connect community members and promote brand awareness.
- Analyze community metrics and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance community engagement strategies.
- Able to organise impact community events and roadshows and connect wth the public.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related role, preferably within the e-commerce or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of community-building strategies and best practices across various online platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and measure community engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas to enhance community engagement.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and event planning
- Genuinely Passionate about community work
- Passion for health and wellness, sustainability, and social impact.
