Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five or more years of experience in managing the sales team, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Superb leadership ability
