About the role
As the Sales Manager at E-Star Precision (S) Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets. This full-time position is based in the Bukit Batok Central West Region, offering you the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales approaches accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support the overall business objectives
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's sales and marketing plans
- Monitor and report on sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement and sharing best practices
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (3+ years) in a sales management or leadership role, preferably within the sales industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and use insights to drive business growth
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the management industry
- Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Business or Marketing, is preferred
