About the role

As an Overseas Logistics Manager at Prolto.PTE.Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's international logistics operations. Responsible for a full-time position based in One North Central Region, you will be tasked with ensuring the seamless delivery of goods across global markets.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive logistics strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency
  • Managing overseas transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance activities
  • Negotiating contracts with logistics providers and monitoring their performance
  • Analysing data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to address logistical challenges and meet delivery targets
  • Overseeing a team of logistics coordinators and ensuring they are adequately trained
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in logistics management, preferably in an international setting
  • Strong understanding of global transportation, customs, and distribution processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Relevant qualifications in supply chain management or a related field
