About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at COLI (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the finance functions and setting up a Singapore-based organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of both projects and the overall company by preparing and presenting accurate financial reports within set deadlines
  • Manage and enhance the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Develop and implement financial management frameworks to reduce financial risk
  • Monitor, interpret, and manage budgets and cash flows, including forecasting future trends
  • Perform reviews and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Build and maintain relationships with external parties such as auditors, solicitors, bankers, and government agencies
  • Provide financial analysis and insights as required by management
  • Oversee tax compliance, internal controls, and audit matters
  • Manage the financial reporting and consolidation processes for the Group, including both local and overseas entities
  • Support the development of strategic and long-term business plans
  • Conduct business performance analysis and simulations to support decision-making
  • Advise on and manage the financial set-up of local and overseas affiliates

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years Finance & Accounting related management experience, preferably in real estate industry
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Recognized financial qualifications such as CPA, ACA, CFA, or ACCA are advantageous
  • Hands-on involvement in accounting system implementation
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with different personalities
  • Proficient in communicating in Chinese both verbal and written, to Headquarter in China
