About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a growing healthcare organisation. This role will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and act as a key business partner to management in driving sustainable growth.

You will manage and lead our finance and accounting function with the following scope, but not limited to:

  • Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial statements, including disclosure notes.
  • Coordinate with auditors, ensuring timely completion of annual audits, handling queries, and delivering audited reports.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including intercompany loans, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Handle full financial and management reporting, including cash flow, budgets, forecasts, tax compliance, and GST reporting.
  • Coordinate and liaise effectively with headquarters, auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretary, insurance providers, vendors, and government authorities.
  • Ensure all financial records are accurate, up to date, and in compliance with accepted accounting policies and procedures.
  • Lead and support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and analysis.
  • Drive process improvements, implement internal controls, and enhance risk management frameworks.
  • Mentor, develop, and lead a small finance team to deliver operational excellence.
  • Partner with senior management in decision-making, cost optimisation, and business planning.
  • Support any other ad-hoc financial matters as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; CPA/CA/ACCA highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, medical services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax, CPF, GST, and regulatory reporting.
  • Hands-on with the ability to balance strategic leadership and operational detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in M&A activities and financial due diligence preferred.
