Job Core Purpose

Lead the full process of logistics asset investment and M&A. Through project identification, professional assessment and efficient execution, screen high-quality investment targets to achieve investment returns and enhance asset value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify investment opportunities in logistics warehousing and logistics infrastructure (such as warehousing centers, ports, logistics industrial parks, etc.), conduct preliminary value assessments based on market conditions and policies, and produce feasibility reports.

  • Take the lead in investment and M&A projects: organize due diligence (financial, legal, operational), build financial models (DCF valuation, IRR calculation), design transaction structures, lead negotiations, and promote transaction closure.

  • Collaborate with operation teams to track post-investment asset performance, monitor rental rates and occupancy rates, propose operational optimization plans, and ensure investment objectives are met.

  • Track regional logistics real estate market dynamics, regulatory policies and risks, produce analysis reports, and support the adjustment of investment strategies.

  • Maintain resources such as intermediaries, logistics enterprises and financial institutions, and expand investment networks.

Requirements

  • Major in Real Estate, Finance, Logistics Management or related fields; candidates with CFA, CPA, or CPM certifications are preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in investment, merger and acquisition (M&A) of logistics warehousing/infrastructure in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with no less than 2 successful project cases.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and valuation; familiar with regional logistics asset transaction processes and regulatory frameworks; equipped with strong due diligence capabilities and risk identification skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, capable of meeting the bilingual communication needs of negotiating with stakeholders and drafting investment reports.
