Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity at Shepherd Asset Management Pte Ltd in Singapore, located in District 1 at one of the charming commercial shophouses within our portfolio. As an Analyst, you will support our team by conducting research and analysis and make strategic investment or portfolio management decisions. You'll also have the chance to build relationships with key industry players, including brokers, industry professionals, and investors.

In addition to assisting in asset management, business development, and evaluating investment opportunities, you will gain hands-on experience in sealing deals both independently and through our broker partners. This includes sourcing and curating quality assets for acquisition, building a portfolio of quality tenants for our properties, and assisting in the divestment of assets to high-net-worth buyers and investors.

Qualifications

· Business or Industry-related degree

· Strong analytical skills and attention to details

· Interest in commercial real estate and investments

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Relevant internships or work experience is a plus
