Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on local real estate markets, including property values, trends, and competitor analysis.- Assist in analyzing financial statements, investment performance metrics, and cash flow projections for potential acquisitions and valuation exercises.- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing research findings and investment recommendations.- Provide administrative assistance to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.- Ability to analyze data and financial reports to inform investment decisions.-
- Meticulousness in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for real estate financial modeling; PowerPoint in crafting compelling and succinct narratives for investments.
