Job Scope

The Marine Solutions position focuses on the execution of marine-related projects which are planning and leading projects from initiation to completion. Managing project budgets and schedules, coordinating with customers and overseas partners. Taking responsibility for projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budget management, quality control, and client management.

Main Responsibilities

· Handle customer & prepare customer quotations based on customer requirements & mode of transportation

· Provide customer service support to customers

· Co-ordinate and liaise with customers and overseas partners on shipment arrangement

· Receive shipment enquiry from customer & overseas agent

· Liaise with overseas offices on Shipments arrangement

· Execution & Co-ordination of all types of shipments: Air Freight/ Sea Freight/ Road Freight/Cross Trade/ Courier shipments upon customer approval to meet the final delivery date to vessel

· Coordination for Onboard delivery to vessel in Singapore, Malaysia including other overseas location

· Prepare necessary export and customs Permits for on board delivery in Singapore and Malaysia, closely liaising with warehouse, transportation team, customs declaration team

· Advance arrangements of weekend on board delivery and follow ups

· Maintain and upkeep of the inventory of all ship spare related cargo in the Hellmann solution portal.

· Follow up on POD & submission to customer upon delivery

· A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in reports, data, and operational procedures

· Efficiently managing tasks, time, and resources to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations

Required Experience and Qualifications

· Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, or Logistics

· Experience with Cargowise One and Microsoft Office
