Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1.Account Management
Build and nurture strategic relationships with KA clients . (e.g., AEON, Tesco, Jaya Grocer、The Store)
Lead annual contract negotiations, promotional planning, and profit management.
2.Sales Target Achievement
Develop regional sales strategies to ensure quarterly/annual sales and collection targets are met.
3.Market Strategy Execution
Collaborate with product team to execute new product launches and promotions, enhancing in-store performance.
4.Data Analysis
Monitor sales data, inventory, and market share; provide actionable improvement plans.
5.Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and other departments to optimize order fulfillment and service quality.
Requirements:
1.Experience
5+ years in key account sales within the fresh food/FMCG industry, with direct management of KA clients (retail/HORECA channels).
In-depth knowledge of Malaysia's food market dynamics, distribution channels, and procurement processes of major clients.
2.Skills
Expertise in commercial negotiation, contract management, and P&L analysis.
Proficiency in sales data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
3.Preferred Qualifications
●Experience with multinational FMCG companies (e.g., Nestlé, Unilever, or Chinese food enterprises).
●Knowledge of Halal certification market operations.
●Existing relationships with KA clients (e.g., retail chains, F&B groups).
4..Nationality: Malaysian citizen or permanent resident (priority given).
5.Language
Fluent English (for business negotiations, report writing, and leading meetings).
Working proficiency in Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin (to collaborate effectively with Chinese clients/headquarters).
