We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with experience handling large corporate accounts and offering tailored solutions in office supplies, print services, consumables, PPE, and safety products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with assigned key corporate accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve sales growth.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions involving office supplies, print services, consumables, and PPE/safety solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic account planning.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity and forecast revenue via CRM systems.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: Diploma in any field of study.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on engaging large corporate accounts.
  • Proven track record in service-based sales, preferably in:

  • Office supplies

  • Print services and consumables
  • PPE and safety solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
