Main / Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Administration Executive, the candidate is to plan, organize and control all administrative, finance and vendor management duties of the Clubhouse.
Duties / Tasks
Maintenance of Club Asset Listing
- Ad hoc and yearly inspection/write-off
- Manage the audit process by external auditors
- Maintain records of all assets and inventories in the Club
Vendor Management
- Liaise with HQ with administrative processes (e.g. contract renewal, collaborations, membership discounts, etc.)
- Work with Club vendors on promotions and sponsorships
- Call for Vendor meetings and take notes
Slot Machine Management
- Maintains a record of daily collections relating to slot machine operations.
- Prepare monthly reports to Finance Department
- Physical count of Cash-In
- Handles weekly collections and maintaining a level of cash float, bank-in of surplus cash, internal and external audit.
Executive Committee Meeting
- Prepare of reports, data and other documents for meetings
Other Duties
- Any other duties when assigned by Administration Executive.
Requirements
- Min GCE N/O A Levels or Diploma in any field
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working in the club, leisure or hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Able to work on Public Holidays (PH) and weekends, if needed
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
