Main / Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Administration Executive, the candidate is to plan, organize and control all administrative, finance and vendor management duties of the Clubhouse.

Duties / Tasks

Maintenance of Club Asset Listing

  • Ad hoc and yearly inspection/write-off
  • Manage the audit process by external auditors
  • Maintain records of all assets and inventories in the Club

Vendor Management

  • Liaise with HQ with administrative processes (e.g. contract renewal, collaborations, membership discounts, etc.)
  • Work with Club vendors on promotions and sponsorships
  • Call for Vendor meetings and take notes

Slot Machine Management

  • Maintains a record of daily collections relating to slot machine operations.
  • Prepare monthly reports to Finance Department
  • Physical count of Cash-In
  • Handles weekly collections and maintaining a level of cash float, bank-in of surplus cash, internal and external audit.

Executive Committee Meeting

  • Prepare of reports, data and other documents for meetings

Other Duties

  • Any other duties when assigned by Administration Executive.

Requirements

  • Min GCE N/O A Levels or Diploma in any field
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in the club, leisure or hospitality industry will be an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Able to work on Public Holidays (PH) and weekends, if needed
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
