Sales and Partnerships Manager

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales and Partnerships Manager to spearhead revenue growth and build strategic alliances.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying prospects and converting them into long-term clients
- Build, manage and expand strategic partnerships to unlock new opportunities
- Lead presentations and negotiations with decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales campaigns and engagement strategies
- Track KPIs, forecast pipeline performance and provide regular reports to management
- Mentor junior sales/BD team members to help them excel
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, BD or partnerships (leadership experience a plus)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategies
- High level of drive, resilience, and goal orientation
