Job Summary:
The role of Events& Partnerships Sales Manager is responsible for driving event sales and enhancing client relationships across multiple venues. This role combines strategic sales, creative event planning, and hands-on execution to deliver exceptional experiences for guests. The manager collaborates with internal teams, builds and maintains client partnerships, oversees all event logistics, and leverages marketing initiatives to grow the event business.
Job Descriptions :
- Plan and implement sales strategies to increase event bookings and revenue across all venues.
 - Present venues to prospective clients through guided tours and customized proposals.
 - Work closely with chefs and restaurant managers to design tailored event concepts, menus, and experiences.
 - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, VIP clients, and external partners.
 - Serve as the primary contact for events, handling site visits, guest reception, and ensuring smooth event execution.
 - Develop engaging sales materials, including printed collateral, digital campaigns, and social media content to enhance visibility.
 - Manage all stages of client events, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups.
 - Maintain an up-to-date CRM and events database, tracking client preferences, history, and spending patterns.
 - Analyze monthly sales reports and forecasts to identify trends, gaps, and new business opportunities.
 - Research market trends and audience demographics to uncover new marketing and partnership prospects.
 
Job Requirements :
- Experience in hospitality or F&B, with a strong background in event sales or management.
 - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
 Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking event ROI.
Commitment to high standards of guest experience and service quality.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
