
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage spare parts sales activities to achieve business targets and profitability goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and increase market share.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate forecasting, and efficient replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and key customers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new opportunities.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the sales team to maximize performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in parts sales and inventory management within the automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial parts industries.
- Experience working with automotive dealerships, heavy equipment companies, or distribution networks is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
