About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Senior Manager, Business Development & Solutions
to drive strategic growth through new business acquisition, key account expansion, and solution innovation. This role leads a team to deliver impactful results, shape go-to-market strategies, and build strong client partnerships with integrated security and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Development team, including target setting and performance management.
- Drive business growth across sectors such as government, infrastructure, transportation, and commercial markets.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee tender and proposal submissions, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated manpower, technology, and command centre solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8–10 years
of experience in business development, solutioning, or account management, preferably in
security, ICT, or technology integration
sectors. - Proven track record in securing and managing
high-value government or enterprise deals
. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to convert market opportunities into actionable plans.
- Familiarity with integrated security solutions, video analytics, surveillance systems, and public sector procurement processes is an advantage.
