Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales initiatives to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and responsive service.
- Supporting customer meetings, negotiations, and contract management to ensure successful deal closures.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and technological developments to enhance competitiveness.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing regular reports on market opportunities and performance.
- Assisting with post-sales support, customer issue resolution, and participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and overseas business travel when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development; prior exposure to water treatment, pumps, or automotive products is an advantage
- Strong business acumen with good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to work independently in a primarily deskbound role, with occasional overseas travel when required
