Business Development Manager/ Director

- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other channels to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
- Position the company as a one-stop service provider by broadening product and service offerings to meet diverse customer needs.
- Advise and recommend effective product solutions, ensuring alignment with customers' technical requirements and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, high service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management as required.
- Proven experience in sales account management or business development, ideally within industries related to metal stamping, tool making, or machining.
- Strong understanding of market intelligence, sales and marketing strategies, and technical knowledge relevant to manufacturing processes and costing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
