Location: One-North

Period: 12 months contract

Working hour: 8:30am-6pm (Mon-Thu); 8:30am-5:30pm (Fri)

Salary: $2,853 to $3,780 per month

Job scope:

  • Internship Management:
  • Follow up with applicants, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain intern records, and track testimonials and assessments.
  • Recruitment Administration:
  • Schedule interviews and assessments, support pre-employment checks, maintain candidate records, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • HR Data & Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records, perform data verification, update HR systems, and conduct regular quality checks.
  • Events & Outreach Support:
  • Prepare and manage materials for career fairs and outreach activities; ensure logistics and stock of collaterals.
  • HRBP Administrative Support:
  • Maintain physical and electronic employee files, update tracking lists and employee photos, and provide support for HRBP-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree.
  • At least 3 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnership admin, recruitment admin, internship and data management in Government agencies.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and HR systems.
