
Sales Administrator

Job Duties:
· Using the SAP accounting system, prepare sales order, raise bills and issue invoices, and delivery orders based on approved pricing and rate tables.
· Communicate with workshop team and follow up with customers on order confirmations and document sign-offs, if required.
· Registration of MHE with MOM, LTA, and relevant authority, and maintaining documentation accurately.
· Monitor, update, and renew the MHE road tax, inspection, and insurance documentation.
· Apply access passes to work sites when required.
· Support the sales team by assisting the manager with ad-hoc tasks such as preparing presentations, scheduling client meetings, or summarising customer feedback.
Requirements:
· ITE certificate in accounting, business admin, marketing, or communication.
· Ability to read and apply rate tables, costing sheets, and rental calculation rules.
· Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
· Able to communicate not only in English, Mandarin preferred for liaising with local vendors, clients, and Chinese suppliers.
· Basic Excel and Word
· Immediate availability preferred
· Vacancy open for Singaporeans/SPR only

· 5.0 days work week
