To support training sales activities, client engagement, trainer & venue management, and CRM.
Candidate will be responsible for managing registration processes, supporting client funding claims, coordinating payment collection, and ensuring accurate CRM records. This role also includes coordination with trainers and venue partners to ensure training arrangements are effectively executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Registration: Follow up on registration forms, check for accuracy, and coordinate necessary amendments.
- Funding Support: Guiding of funding claim processes and enrollment in TP Gateway.
- Payment Handling: Manage payment methods (e.g., credit card links, bank transfers), collect payment proofs. Assist with PSEA and/or SFC processes.
- CRM Management: Create and update CRM accounts, opportunities, and quotations
- Trainer & Venue Coordination: Liaise with trainers to confirm schedules and materials; coordinate venue bookings and ensure logistical readiness.
- Confirmation of courses: Manage and coordinate with trainers and Operation team on the course confirmation.
- Post-Training Support: Follow up on outstanding payments, assist with funding issues.
- Cross-team Coordination: Collaborate with operations and other divisions for smooth training execution.
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or sales support roles (preferably in training or education sector)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Singapore's training grant systems (e.g., SkillsFuture, SSG) is a plus
