About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executives / Representatives to join our growing team at INNOQ. This role is focused on pre-sales support for our cybersecurity and IT consultancy services. If you enjoy engaging with clients, learning about IT solutions, and supporting business growth, this is the right opportunity for you.

No prior IT background? Don't worry — basic IT knowledge or even without it, you are welcome to apply. We provide structured training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, quotations, and presentation materials.
  • Support in client meetings, calls, and demos alongside consultants and pre-sales engineers.
  • Coordinate and manage sales & marketing campaigns (events, outreach, collateral).
  • Research prospects, industries, and competitors to support sales strategies.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support .

Requirements

  • Diploma / Nitec / A-levels holders (any field); fresh graduates welcome.
  • Basic IT knowledge is advantageous, but not mandatory — training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
