Sales Executive

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's customer base within the waste management industry.
- Identify and approach potential clients across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
- Promote and present waste management products and services to prospective customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development Executive, preferably in waste management, environmental services, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products, services, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and offer effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
