Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's customer base within the waste management industry.
  • Identify and approach potential clients across commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Promote and present waste management products and services to prospective customers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development Executive, preferably in waste management, environmental services, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and offer effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
