Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and marketing activities for plastic-related products, achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research, while strengthening relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Source and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers and business partners to expand product offerings.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and deliver regular reports and insights to management.
  • Provide end-to-end customer support, including technical inquiries, logistics coordination, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, corporate, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in plastics, chemicals, or related industries).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Skilled in client relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office; proactive and self-motivated team player.
  • Willing to travel occasionally (approx. once a month).
