About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong communication between internal departments and customers. This role is key in helping the sales teams achieve targets by providing timing and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer accounts, and transactions.
- Coordinate with the production and warehouse team to ensure stock availability and timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and updating sales databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Handle general administrative duties to support the overall sales function.
Skills & Qualities:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.
