Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage AR for retail sales, including POS postings, collections (cash, credit card, e-wallets), and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with local and foreign currency cash collection agents.
  • Handle AR for non-retail/non-trade income (billing, rebilling, rebates, compensation).
  • Generate billing slips in the system and follow up with vendors on collections.
  • Oversee back-end collection processes, including payment link creation and refund handling with banks/payment platforms.
  • Prepare AR aging schedules, update billing/reconciliation status, and analyze collection trends for management.

  • Submit monthly landlord sales statements and ensure voucher verification and online submission.

  • Support sales audit preparation.

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS 116 leasing, prepayment entries, and monthly depreciation runs.
  • Conduct monthly spot checks and maintain robust internal controls.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in AR/AP/GL functions, preferably in audit or retail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
