Key Responsibilities
- Generate and send invoices promptly; follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection
- Handle day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including payment processing and managing cash inflows
- Track overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions to facilitate collections
- Accurately record accounts receivable transactions, receipts, and journal entries in the accounting system
- Prepare and distribute monthly account statements to customers
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records
- Support the month-end closing process to maintain up-to-date financial reporting
- Carry out additional administrative and accounting tasks as required
Requirements
- Min. O level
- Min. 1 year of experience in related field
- Familiar with AR, AP, cash management, and transaction recording
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to commit to work late when required to meet deadlines or during peak periods
- Experience with accounting software (Navision) is a plus
