Job Scope:

Accounts Assistant/ Executive (AP/AR) - West Area

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
  • Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and vendor payments promptly.
  • Prepare customer invoices, issue receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on billing and payment matters.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing for audit compliance.
  • Support ad-hoc accounting tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Accounts Executive (Full Set) - Central Area

  • Handle full sets of accounts for clients and ensure timely reporting.
  • Set up charts of accounts for new clients.
  • Record receipts and payments using accounting software.
  • Prepare month-end payments, online banking transactions, and monthly financial reports for management.
  • Perform month-end closing processes and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare GST reports and ensure timely filing.
  • Update and maintain cash flow reports.
  • Liaise with auditors and assist in drafting financial statements.
  • Liaise with banks for opening and closing client accounts.
  • Support company incorporation, EP, SP, WP applications, and corporate secretarial tasks (training provided).

Additional Information:

  • Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Accounting/ Accountancy or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience in handling AP/ AR, full set of accounts preferred
