Job Scope:

Account Assistant (AP/AR)

  • Handle partial accounts (AR/AP)
  • Perform customer credit control and follow up on overdue payments
  • Verify invoices for accuracy and process AP invoices into ERP system
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers in line with credit terms and company policy
  • Reconcile suppliers monthly statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare Directors claims schedules
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting and audit schedules
  • Support year-end stock take and financial audit activities
  • Maintain proper documentation in compliance with statutory regulations
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned

Accounts Executive (Full Set)

  • Handle the full set of accounts independently, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports to support business decision-making.
  • Manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) submissions, payroll processing, and statutory filings such as CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required to support smooth financial operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Entry-level are welcome to apply training provided
