Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
  • Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports and documentation
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditure
  • Provide support during audits and implement recommendations effectively

Profile

  • A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
