About Us

ERich Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm dedicated to providing accounting, corporate secretarial, taxation and business support services to companies across various industries. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and data entry
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, submit tax return/GST return for clients
  • Support month-end and year-end closing
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents
  • Multi-tasking and work independently with self-initiative.

Requirements

  • Accounting-related education or experience
  • Min 1 year experience will be advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a positive working attitude
  • 5 days' work week and training will be provided
