Central Region, Singapore Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support financial planning and analysis within our fast-moving consumer goods business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Monitor and analyze OPEX, CAPEX, and inventory-related costs, highlighting variances and trends.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, WHT, corporate tax, etc.).
  • Support internal reporting for management decision-making, including KPIs and cost control analysis.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams on cost tracking and financial analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant, CA, ISCA, CPA, ACCA
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, packaged goods, food & beverage, retail, or fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environments.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
