Central Region, Singapore SAFRA National Service Association Full time $4,000 - $6,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1.     Event Management

  • Assist in organising SAFRA Signature and adhoc events
  • Conceptualise, plan and organise SAFRA Running Club events
  • Achieve tracking of KPIs for youth engagement events and participation.
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Membership, Finance, IT and SAFRA clubs to cross leverage and market events.
  • Ensure all documentations for events are kept and recorded for audit trail.

2.     Perform Secretariat role for:

a) Interest Group

  • Prepare minutes and agenda for monthly meetings.
  • Maintain membership and information.
  • Ensure close collaboration with community partners.

b) SAFRA Volunteer Management Programme

  • Administer the volunteers' data
  • Assist in managing networking activities and initiatives targeted at the pool of SAFRA volunteers

3.     Assist in Marketing and Publicity

  • Creating content, marketing and engagement on SRC FB/ SAFRA Website
  • Creation of campaigns publicity materials and collaterals design.

4.  Supports Club Operation in performing Duty Officer role at least twice a month (subjected to Clubhouse allocation)

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Events Management/Business Administration/Management/ Marketing or equivalent
  • Prior experience in organising events and activities is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing sponsorships / partnerships, and in projects/events management
  • Creative and resourceful
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and a good team player
  • Able to multi-task in a challenging environment
  • A people's person; experience in managing volunteer groups preferred
  • Occasionally work on weekends and monthly evening meeting
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
