
Corporate Sales Manager

Job Order:
Responsibilities :
- Developing new and dormant clients (via NS Referral, newspaper ads, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.)
- Obtaining LOI (Letter of Intent) and handling negotiations
- Strengthening and maintaining relationships with the company's Relationship Managers (RM)
- Coordinating and collaborating with the overseas sales department and the Japan team
- Introducing and proposing properties to clients
- Preparing comps data, sales proposals, and study materials
- Arranging visits for clients visiting Japan (selecting properties for viewing and briefing the Japan team)
- Business trips to Japan and APC (Asia Pacific Countries)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements :

- Over 5 years of practical experience in corporate sales within the real estate industry, especially with proven achievements in new client acquisition
- Holder of RES (Real Estate Salesperson qualification)
- Willingness to learn about the Japanese real estate market
- Excel skills

- Motivated, self-driven, positive, and eager to learn
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships both internally and externally
