As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding the company's B2B client portfolio by building strong relationships with corporate customers and delivering customized travel solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Your role will involve preparing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, while upholding service excellence and professionalism across all client touchpoints.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients
  • Procure own leads through a self-developed pipeline
  • Conduct prospecting through cold calls, referrals and networking
  • Promote Silkway's travel services including flights, hotels and MICE offerings
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction
  • Stay informed of the company's products, services and industry developments
  • Analyze customer behavior to support client acquisition and retention through customer enquiries and feedback.
  • Provide periodic sales activity updates
  • Monitor client feedback and reviews to ensure the highest levels of service and satisfaction
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of travel experiences offered
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor or management

What we are looking for:

  • 3–5 years of B2B corporate sales experience, preferably in the travel industry
  • Familiarity with Singapore's business and corporate travel landscape
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage client schedules and reports (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Existing network of corporate travel decision-makers is a strong advantage
  • Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Open to work in a fully remote environment

This is a fully remote, uncapped commission-based role with no basic salary. It is ideal for individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment and are passionate about driving growth through strategic client management and exceptional service delivery.
