Job Title: Sales Representative

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary: The Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing relationships with existing customers. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating deals, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong persuasion skills and a passion for exceeding goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

o   Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify, research, and qualify potential clients and opportunities aligned with company offerings.

o   Client Engagement & Relationship Building – Reach out to prospects, assess needs, build relationships, and serve as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns.

o   Sales Presentations & Demonstrations – Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proposals, clearly communicating product value, features, and benefits.

o   Negotiation & Closing – Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, address objections, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

o   Market Intelligence – Monitor industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and product developments, and provide customer insights to internal teams.

o   Sales Administration – Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in Excel and prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.

o   Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality.

· Experience: Proven 3+ experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in hospitality is a must.

· Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Exceptional active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Salary Range: S$2,800−S3,500 per month (excluding commissions)
