About the role
Royal Organisation is seeking experienced and driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. Based in the Raffles Place Central Region, this full-time position will see you engaging with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
- Accurately quoting, proposing, and negotiating sales contracts to close deals
- Providing timely and responsive customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
- Continuously developing your product knowledge and sales skills to stay ahead of the competition
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or consultative sales environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections
- Proficient in using CRM and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline
- Driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing market conditions
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating value for clients
