Administrative Coordinator

Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $3000/Month
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 1-year contract
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee all activities related to the processing and issuance of bunker surveyor licenses and manage the directory of licensed bunker surveyors.
- Coordinate employment matters for bunker surveyors with key executives of licensed bunker surveying companies and manage the directory of these companies.
- Handle administrative follow-up tasks related to pre and post-renewal matters in coordination with stakeholders.
- Oversee online procedures and manage post-application administrative follow-ups for bunker suppliers, bunker craft operators, bunker surveying companies, and bunker surveyor licensees.
- Coordinate and assist in the development of the Bunker Services Management System.
- Plan and support engagement activities such as company visits, forums, and dialogue sessions.
- Prepare monthly market statistics by processing and verifying data with bunker suppliers.
- Create detailed monthly reports on bunker sales volumes and pricing analysis (e.g., trends, comparisons with other ports, price fluctuations) using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Utilize Robotic Process Automation to automate the preliminary processing of licensing applications.
- Administer licensing-related information on the relevant company website.
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum a Diploma holder in data/tech-related preferred.
