Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users, main contractors, and consultants.
  • Gather information on upcoming projects and secure inquiries.
  • Demonstrate Mechanical & Electrical knowledge to effectively communicate with industry partners.

  • Secure new projects, tenders, and contracts.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.

  • Facilitate discussions with clients and business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of sales/business development experience in the construction sector.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical concepts
