Our client specializes in bath and home wear, including towels, towel wear, bathmats, and bathroom accessories. They are seeking a Sales Manager (Retail) to drive growth and expand their market presence.

Reporting to: Managing Director

【 Responsibilities 】

- Identify and curate attractive products to propose to external stakeholders for instore events

- Research and recommend new business opportunities and service improvement ideas

- Maintain service quality and operations by enforcing organizational standards with the sales team

- Provide product training to Retail Promoters and other team members

- Ensure sales team executes company SOPs and policies correctly

- Ensure POP (Point of Purchase) displays and product tags meet company and departmental store requirements

- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing support, information, and guidance

- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis

- Monitor and ensure healthy inventory levels at stores

- Assist in stock movements, event wagon setups, and inter-store coordination to meet planned tasks

- Enhance sales team competence by providing solutions, answering technical and procedural questions, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members

- Facilitate daily operations, including processing inventory orders, arranging logistics, and supporting the sales team (including weekends when required)

- Formulate sales strategies, collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, and lead monthly sales meetings

- Support the Merchandiser Team in stock take and other stock movement tasks in line with SOPs

- Assist in any assigned ad-hoc tasks

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

(Must)

- Diploma or higher in any field

- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in both Chinese and English (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)

- Strong client relationship management skills, with proven ability in sales planning and achieving targets

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

(Advantageous)

- Positive, creative, and self-motivated personality

- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop (PS) or Adobe Illustrator (AI)
