
Business Development Lead

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Lead to spearhead our expansion in the region, with a strong focus on the steel mills sector. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine your industry expertise, network, and technical know-how to drive sales, build lasting partnerships, and open new market opportunities. If you're a proven dealmaker with bearings experience and the drive to shape growth across Asia Pacific, we'd love to hear from you.

- Basic from $5,000 to $8,500 + AWS + VB
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
Responsibilities
- Drive bearings business growth in APAC, with focus on steel mills.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and secure new customers through strong networks and prospecting.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
- Provide market insights on trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Support customers with technical knowledge on bearing specifications and applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in the bearings industry with proven sales/business development record.
- Strong network within industrial customers, especially steel mills, across APAC.
- In-depth technical knowledge of bearings and applications.
- Willing to travel extensively across APAC.
