We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Development & Education Manager to lead growth initiatives and partner engagement within the professional skincare and medical aesthetics channels.

This role blends business development, channel management, and education to drive commercial performance and ensure consistent brand experience across key partners. You will manage a small team to strengthen existing relationships while expanding our network of professional accounts.

The ideal candidate is strategic yet hands-on, capable of building strong partnerships, leading educational programs, and executing trade and retail activation plans that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key business accounts and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Lead training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and partner performance.
  • Oversee trade and retail activities to support sell-out and brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistency in brand presentation and customer experience.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to a small team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • At least 8–10 years' experience in business development or account management, preferably within skincare, beauty or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
